Weds Nite Yew Tee Training

Tonight's training was pretty low key.  Here's what we did: -

100m - warmup
5x100m with paddles - 4min each including rest
500m fast swim with paddles
3x25m sprint - slow for 25m
100m warm down
Total = 1350m

Today was a good workout.  After a long and tough day at work, this is really what I look forward to.  I used the big paddles for the first time in a long time and my shoulders spared no effort telling me that I had no business doing that.  I just ignored them.

There were only 3 of us today (incidentally the only 3 who spoke Cantonese) - Loo, Vincent and myself.  You can imagine halfway through the training, we were spouting Cantonese phrases and idioms like nobody's business - cool! :-D  

Sorry you missed tonight's swim Vijay, and Kee Oon, take care of yourself and we'll see you fullly recovered and ready to go next Wednesday!!  Cheers!!
